目的观察改良的经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术(改良TVT-O术)在治疗女性压力性尿失禁中的疗效。方法对99例单纯压力性尿失禁患者进行改良TVT-O手术,术后随访2～32个月,观察症状改善情况。结果99例患者术后症状均得到改善,改良TVT-O平均手术时间24min,平均出血量37ml,术后平均随访17个月症状未再复发。结论改良TVT-O治疗女性压力性尿失禁手术步骤简单易学、创伤小、术中术后并发症少、费用低、疗效可靠。
Objective To observe the effect of modified transobturator urethral middle suspension (modified TVT-O) in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods Ninety-nine patients with simple urinary incontinence underwent modified TVT-O surgery. The patients were followed up for 2 to 32 months and the symptom improvement was observed. Results All the 99 patients had improved symptoms. The average TVT-O operation time was 24 minutes and the average amount of bleeding was 37ml. After the average follow-up of 17 months, the symptoms did not recur. Conclusion The modified TVT-O is a simple and easy procedure to treat female stress urinary incontinence. It has less trauma, less postoperative complications, low cost and reliable curative effect.
