采用裂区试验设计 ,研究了不同时期喷施不同植物生长调节剂对草地早熟禾种子生产性能的影响。结果表明 ,不同时期喷施处理间对种子生产性能的影响差异极显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,且以返青期喷施处理种子产量为最高 ,达 6 80 .7kg/ hm2 。不同植物生长调节剂处理间对种子生产性能的影响极大 (P<0 .0 1) ,以 6 -苄基腺嘌呤处理种子产量最高 ,达 6 84 .8kg/ hm2 。二者交互作用对种子生产性能的影响各处理间差异达极显著水平 (P<0 .0 1) ,且以返青期喷施 6 -苄基腺嘌呤或α-萘乙酸 +赤霉素或α-萘乙酸 ,或以孕穗期喷施 6 -苄基腺嘌呤 +α-萘乙酸 ,或灌浆期喷施 6 -苄基腺嘌呤 +赤霉素可显著提高草地早熟禾种子产量。
Using split-plot design, the effects of different plant growth regulators applied at different periods on the seed production of Poa pratensis were studied. The results showed that there was significant difference (P <0.01) in the effect of spraying treatments on the seed performance in different periods, and the seed yield was the highest in the treatment of returning green stage, reaching to 6 80.7 kg / hm2.
