红香酥系以库尔勒香酥×鹅梨为亲本杂交培育而成,99年6月通过山西省农作物品种审定委员会审定。果实长卵圆或纺缍形,平均单果重200克、最大果重650克;果面洁净、光滑、果点中大,果皮底色绿黄,阳面2/3果面鲜红色;果肉白色,肉质致密较细,汁多、味甘甜,香味浓,总糖9.74%,总酸0.08%,Vc1 2mg/100g。果实在华北地区九月下旬成熟。常温下可贮藏2～3个月,贮后色泽更鲜艳。
Hong Xiang crisp crisp to Korla × Eucalyptus as the parent of hybrid breeding, in June 99 through the Shanxi Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee validation. Fruit ripening in northern China in late September. Store at room temperature for 2 to 3 months, storage color is more vivid.
