目的:观察二仙汤加味联合西药治疗妇科更年期综合征伴血压异常的临床效果。方法:将102例更年期综合征伴血压异常的肾阴阳两虚证患者抽签随机分为研究组与对照组各51例,对照组采取补佳乐治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上采用二仙汤加味治疗,比较2组的临床症状、血压指标及主要症状积分的变化。结果:研究组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均较治疗前有不同程度降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组间比较,研究组SBP、DBP均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较,研究组各症状评分均降低(P<0.05)。结论:二仙汤加味联合西药治疗妇科更年期综合征伴血压异常的肾阴阳两虚证患者效果显著,可改善血压与临床症状,疗效优于单纯采用补佳乐治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Erxian decoction combined with western medicine in treating gynecological menopausal syndrome with abnormal blood pressure. Methods: 102 patients with climacteric syndrome with abnormal blood pressure in patients with kidney yin and yang deficiency were randomized into study group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with naloxone. The study group was treated with Erxian Tang Jia Wei treatment, the clinical symptoms of two groups were compared, blood pressure index and the main symptom score changes. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 94.12%, which was higher than that of the control group (78.43%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, SBP and DBP in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05). SBP and DBP in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the two groups Control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the score of each symptom in both groups was lower than that before treatment (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the score of each symptom in the study group was decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Erxian decoction combined with Western medicine in treating gynecologic menopausal syndrome with abnormal blood pressure in patients with kidney yin and yang deficiency syndrome is effective and can improve blood pressure and clinical symptoms.
