特色学校建设,应成为凝练办学思想、践行教育理念、深化项目研究、达成培养目标,并逐渐形成鲜明稳定的教育哲学和先进科学的教育实践,内化为全校师生精神气质、行为习惯、人格修养等的过程。建设特色学校,需对学校的文化历史、原有基础、传统优势等作充分认识、深度审思;对学校将追寻怎样的教育理想、坚守怎样的培养目标作明晰的价值判断、合理取舍;还要对以哪些项目建设为突破口,用哪些机制、路径、抓手去推进运作等,作出科学规划、整体部署。
