记得一位同事,每次就餐让他点菜时,他总是首点“糖醋排骨”。结果每次都是吃者甚少,唯独他吃得津津有味,这让我很不解。在一次出差的时候,我们俩不经意间聊起了这件事。他告诉我,“糖醋排骨”是他妻子最爱吃的菜,也是她最擅长做的菜,和她在一起的时候每个星期都能吃上几顿。妻子去世3年了,想念她的同时,也想念她做的“糖醋排骨”的味道。想必这就是味道的魔力,它不仅能烙进人的记忆里,也能渗入人的情感,甚至成为贯穿人一生的印记。一旦触及味蕾的引线,回忆就会漫天飞舞。喜欢吃咸花生,似乎是我天生的嗜好。小时候,
