鉴于丰满大坝存在严重的缺陷和隐患 ,由日本国际协力事业团负责对大坝进行了详细调查 ,并从多方面对大坝进行了全面评价分析 ,提出了特种材料灌浆、坝体预应力锚固、水压钢管补修、增设排水孔和观测设施、库容曲线测量等 8项应急措施 ,以及增设溢洪道、增强坝体稳定工程 (基础断层坝段 )和防止坝体冻融老化 3项永久加固方案 ,对丰满大坝加固改造具有积极的指导意义
In view of the serious defects and hidden dangers of Bianmen Dam, Japan International Cooperation Agency undertook a detailed investigation of the dam and conducted a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the dam from various aspects. It proposed that special materials grouting, prestressed anchorage of dam , Hydraulic steel pipe repair, additional drainage holes and observation facilities, storage capacity curve measurement and other eight emergency measures, as well as the addition of spillways to enhance the dam stability project (basic fault section) and to prevent the dam freeze-thaw aging three permanent reinforcement program , Which has a positive guiding significance for reinforcement and reconstruction of Fengman Dam
