This article elaborates the importance of the development of young teachers’ party members in colleges and universities in the new historical period. And expressed his opinion on how to absorb the outstanding talents of young teachers into the party organizations and convey the qualified and fresh blood for the healthy and vigorous development of the party’s cause.
