近几年来,重庆市黔江区根据农业产业加速发展的需要,结合经济社会发展的实际区情,打破传统的党组织设置模式,把支部建在产业上,将单一化的行政村党支部设置模式向产业支部为代表的多功能设置模式拓展;党员嵌在产业中,对新时期农村基层党建工作进行了新的探索。黔江区的实践,求实、创新,生动、鲜活,深入、系统,找到了新时期基层组织建设与经济建设的最佳结合点,实现了基层党组织建设与农村经济发展的互动双赢。此探索可贵,成果宝贵。
