班级管理琐碎但又重要,琐碎在于班上的事事事与我有关;重要在于它对学生三年乃至一生的影响,所以班级管理是意见不容小觑的工作,如何管理班级,我有几点想法:一、明确管理目标组班之前,我都会认真思考这样一个问题:我这个班要带成什么样的班,学生要培养成什么样的学生?立德树人是最终答案。明确目标后,我便开始拟定三年的管理及培养计划,在总目标的指导下,再细化到每个学期,三年坚持下来,我们班的学生不仅成绩优秀,在品德方面的培养已见成
