用浸渍法制备的Cu-ZnO-ZrO2/CFG催化剂对甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯的反应,具有较高的活性和选择性.经XRD和XPS等分析说明,活性中心是零价铜.一价铜、二价铜无反应活性。TPR测定显示零价铜只有一种状态,IR吸附光谱表明反应机理是经过半缩醛途径进行的。
The Cu-ZnO-ZrO2 / CFG catalyst prepared by impregnation method has higher activity and selectivity for the reaction of methanol dehydrogenation of methyl formate. XRD and XPS analysis shows that the active center is zero copper. Monovalent copper, divalent copper non-reactive. The TPR assay shows that there is only one state of zero-valent copper, and IR spectroscopy indicates that the reaction mechanism is through the hemiacetal pathway.
