随着社会经济的飞速发展,产业结构的调整,企业对用工要求也越来越高,技术性人才严重缺乏,这就给中等职业学校带来新的课题,中等职业教育该培养什么样的技术人才来满足社会需求呢?许多职业学校都在积极地探索教学的新思路新体系。本文在市级课题《中等职业学校行为导向下机电技术应用专业实施性教学计划的研究》的带领下以优化机电专业实施性教学计划为手段,从而推进中职机电技术应用专业的课程改革与建设。
With the rapid socio-economic development, the adjustment of industrial structure, the demand for employment in enterprises are also getting higher and higher, and there is a serious shortage of skilled personnel. This brings new topics to secondary vocational schools. What kind of technical talents should be cultivated in secondary vocational education To meet the needs of society? Many vocational schools are actively exploring new teaching new ideas system. Under the guidance of the municipal project “Research on the implementation of the teaching plan of electromechanical technology specialty under the behavioral guidance of secondary vocational schools”, this paper optimizes the implementation of the teaching plan of mechanical and electrical engineering as a means to promote the reform and construction of the curriculum of mechanical and electrical technology application in secondary vocational schools .
