目的:研究基质内胶原蛋白对毛细血管瘤病理演变的影响作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(LSAB),分别观察Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型及Ⅳ型3种胶原蛋白在颌面部不同分期血管瘤的表达变化。结果:增殖期3种胶原蛋白的表达阳性率均高于退化期及退化完成期,有非常显著的差异性(P<0.01),而后两者间无显著性差异。结论:提示细胞基质内胶原蛋白的含量变化可直接影响血管瘤的增殖退化过程
Objective: To study the effect of collagen in matrix on the pathological evolution of capillary hemangiomas. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry (LSAB) was used to observe the expression changes of type I, type III and type IV collagens in different stages of hemangioma. Results: The positive rates of the three collagens in the proliferative phase were higher than those in the degradation phase and the degradation completion phase, and there was a very significant difference (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the latter two groups. Conclusion: It is suggested that the changes of collagen content in the cell matrix can directly affect the process of proliferation and degradation of hemangioma
