本文采用上引连铸工艺试制出不同镁含量的二元铜镁合金线坯,对其抗拉强度、电阻等进行了详细检测,并采用透射电子显微镜对其内部组织进行分析,发现随着镁含量的增加,铜镁合金的强度和电阻率也随之提高,最后对这一规律的机理进行了相应的理论分析,从而为高强度铜镁合金接触线导线材料产业化生产提供必要的理论指导。
In this paper, a binary magnesium alloy wire blank with different magnesium content was fabricated by the continuous casting process and the tensile strength and electrical resistance of the wire rod were tested in detail. The internal structure of the wire rod was analyzed by transmission electron microscope. Content, the strength and resistivity of the copper-magnesium alloy also increase, and finally the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of this law, so as to provide the necessary theoretical guidance for the industrial production of high-strength copper-magnesium alloy contact wire conductor material .
