今年7月以来,我国部分地区遭受历史上罕见的洪涝灾害。在天灾面前,广大灾区人民在党和政府的领导下,谱写了抗洪史上可歌可泣的壮丽篇章。“天灾不由人,抗灾不由天”。靠什么战胜灾害?无锡市工交企业和扬子电气公司抗洪救灾的经验作了最好的回答。各级党组织在抗洪救灾中,通过发挥党的政治优势,加强思想政治工作,为团结广大群众战胜灾害、生产自救打下了坚实的思想基础。这种“非常时期的思想政治工作”,不仅为灾区人民提供了巨大的精神力量,也为我们加强和改进企业日常的思想政治工作提供了可贵的经验。
