目的 查明我省今年上半年性病疫情下降的主要原因。方法 对全省14个地、州和市所在地的部分医疗机构1999年上半年的性病疫情报告情况进行调查,计算漏报率。结果 调查83所医疗机构,查出病例4 647例,报告病例924例,漏报病例3 723例,漏报率为80.11％,报告病例数与查出病例数比为1:5。结论 我省1999年上半年STD疫情下降的主要原四是性病疫情报告率非常低,漏报率极高。
Objective To identify the main reasons for the decline of venereal disease in the first half of this year in our province. Methods The situation of STD epidemics in the first half of 1999 in some medical institutions of 14 prefectures and cities in the province was surveyed to calculate the omission rate. Results 83 medical institutions were investigated. Among them, 4 647 cases were detected, 924 cases were reported, 3 723 cases were missed, and the false negative rate was 80.11%. The number of cases reported was 1: 5. Conclusion The main reason for the decline of STD epidemic in the first half of 1999 in our province is that the reporting rate of STDs is very low and the false positive rate is very high.
