意大利的Mille Miglia老爷车大赛在世界老爷车赛事中享有极高的地位,自然而然地演变成了各大汽车厂商互相较劲的一个战场。在2004年Mille Miglia大赛中,克莱斯勒派出了两张王牌:1929年生产的Chrysler 75跑车和1930年生产的Chrysler 77跑车。两位赛车手同样也是绝对重量级的人物:克莱斯勒总裁Dieter Zetsche博士和克莱斯勒执行副总裁Joe Eberhardt。Zetsche博士动情地说:“在Mille Miglia大赛中,每辆老爷车都是汽车工业发展的一个缩影,都是汽车工业的宝贵遗产,值得我们珍惜和爱护。”
Italy’s Mille Miglia classic car race in the world’s classic car race enjoyed a very high status, naturally evolved into a major battle of the car manufacturers each other. In the 2004 Mille Miglia competition, Chrysler sent two trump cards: the Chrysler 75 produced in 1929 and the Chrysler 77 produced in 1930. Both race drivers are also absolute heavyweights: Dr. Dieter Zetsche, president of Chrysler, and Joe Eberhardt, executive vice president of Chrysler. Dr Zetsche said emotionally: “At the Mille Miglia, every vintage car is a microcosm of the automotive industry, a valuable legacy of the automotive industry that deserves our cherished and cherished love.” "
