自卑,在心理学上属于消极情绪中的一种,即在进行自我评价时否定自我。如果个体长期处于这种状态之中,不仅有可能导致心理障碍,而且有可能会危害个体身体健康。在日常与自学考试全日制助学班学生的交往中,笔者感到自卑心理存在于部分学生中间,已成为不同程度影响他们成才的一种心理障碍,如果发展到极端,则有可能导致过激行为。如何帮助他们克服自卑,正确面对自己,客观评价自己,重新树立自信心,是每一个成教工作者所必须面对的课题。
Inferiority, one of the negative emotions in psychology, is self-denial in self-evaluation. If the individual in such a long-term state, not only may lead to psychological disorders, but also may endanger the health of individuals. In the daily and self-study full-time students in student exchanges, I feel that inferiority exists in the middle of some students, has become a varying degree of psychological barriers to their success, if the development of the extreme, it may lead to radical behavior. How to help them overcome their inferiority complex, correctly face themselves, objectively evaluate themselves and re-establish their self-confidence are the tasks that every adult worker must face.
