目的:探讨高脂血症性胰腺炎综合治疗中优质护理的应用。方法:收集2014年7月~2016年2月120例综合治疗的高脂血症性胰腺炎患者,数字抽取分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,对比两组患者遵医嘱情况、满意度及复发情况。结果:6个月随访后,观察组遵医行为明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高脂血症性胰腺炎综合治疗中采用优质护理具有明显效果,可增强患者的医嘱依从性,减少复发率,提高满意度,临床推广使用价值高。
Objective: To investigate the application of quality nursing in the comprehensive treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 120 patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis were enrolled from July 2014 to February 2016. The patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group received high-quality nursing. Patient compliance with the doctor’s advice, satisfaction and recurrence. Results: After 6 months of follow-up, the observing group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Hyperlipidemic pancreatitis in the comprehensive treatment of high quality nursing has obvious effect, can enhance the compliance of patients’ orders, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the satisfaction, clinical use of high value.
