为制订山东省农村健康保障制度政策的需要，我们提出了山东省合作医疗发展对策研究这一课题。本课题的主要研究目的是分析合作医疗现状，评价现有的合作医疗模式及其效果，研究供方的服务提供能力及筹资能力，调查需方的支付能力及支付意愿，在非盈利的原则下建立筹资测算模型，并制订筹资金额检索表。本文是对整个课题的概述，以下各篇文章是对课题的详细报道。
In order to formulate Shandong rural health protection system policy needs, we proposed the research topic of Shandong province’s cooperative medical development strategy. The main research purpose of this topic is to analyze the current status of cooperative medical care, evaluate the existing cooperative medical model and its effects, study the supplier’s service provision ability and fundraising ability, investigate the acquirer’s ability to pay and willingness to pay, under the principle of non-profit Establish a fund-raising calculation model and formulate a fund-raising amount retrieval table.
