白藜芦醇存在于多种植物之中 ,研究表明它具有化学防癌、保护心血管系统、雌激素样作用、影响骨代谢等多种生理活性。本文综述了其基本理化性质、合成方法、分离提取、检测以及主要生理活性。
Resveratrol is found in a variety of plants. Studies have shown that it has many physiological activities such as preventing cancer, protecting the cardiovascular system, estrogen-like effects, and influencing bone metabolism. This article reviews its basic physical and chemical properties, synthesis methods, separation and extraction, detection and main physiological activities.
