港深一体化发展既是推动两地经济向更高水平发展的需要,也是我国打造世界级国际大都会,参与国际竞争的需要。港深一体化发展顺应了当今世界经济一体化发展的大势,其发展成果惠及区内各方[1]。在港深经济一体化的发展中,香港将继续保持国际中心的城市定位而深圳必然成为一个国际化城市,这是由香港、深圳这两个唇齿相依的城市所具有的独特内涵和独特优势所决定的,深港经济一体化将推动深圳城市的国际化并共同形成深港都市圈。
