传播学学科中的“议程设置功能”理论适用于深化团的重点领域思想政治教育;“沉默的螺旋”理论有助于有效构建健康向上的校园舆论环境;“意见领袖”与“两级传播”理论对于指导高校团干部队伍建设具有重要意义。高校共青团组织要有针对性地应用传播学理论来指导工作实践,与作为受众的青年学生实现高效传播互动,从而达到引导、教育、培养青年成长成才和营造健康向上的校园舆论环境的良好传播效果。
