为了经济有效地确定半刚性基层在工程中达到强度设计标准的最佳材料组成,采用灰色系统理论方法,选取集料分形维数、水泥28d砂胶强度、水泥剂量、含水量为建模参数,对半刚性基层7d强度预测模型进行研究,建立了基于灰色系统理论的半刚性基层7d强度预测模型,并提出了其预测模型简化式。试验表明:通过预测模型得出的半刚性基层强度预测值和实测值的相对误差均较小,说明基于灰色理论的半刚性基层强度预测模型可以较为准确地预测其7d强度值。
In order to determine the optimal material composition for the semi-rigid basement to reach the design standard of strength in the project cost-effectively, the fractal dimension of aggregate, the strength of 28d cement, the dosage of cement and the water content are chosen as modeling parameters by the gray system theory method. The strength prediction model of semi-rigid basement 7d was studied, and the prediction model of semi-rigid basement 7d strength was established based on the gray system theory. The simplified formula of the prediction model was proposed. Experiments show that the relative errors between predicted and measured values of the semi-rigid base obtained by the prediction model are small, indicating that the semi-rigid base layer strength prediction model based on the gray theory can predict the 7d intensity value more accurately.
