本文采用荧光法测定了天麻对大鼠丘脑、皮层、脑干和杏仁核四脑区去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量的影响,结果发现天麻注射液(5 g/kg ip)可使杏仁核的NA含量减少(P<0.01),其它三脑区的NA含量也有降低。在离体脑片孵育法中观察到天麻注射液(2.5g×10~(-3))可使皮层、丘脑、脑干和杏仁核四脑区的人工脑脊液中的NA含量明显增多(P<0.01或0.001)。初步认为天麻的镇静、催眠作用可能与其降低脑内NA的含量有关,而脑内NA含量的降低可能与天麻抑制中枢NA能神经末梢对NA的重摄取和储存有关。
In this paper, the effect of gastrodia elata on the content of norepinephrine (NA) in thalamus, cortex, brainstem and amygdala in rats was determined by fluorescence method. It was found that Tianma injection (5 g/kg ip) can make amygdala The NA content decreased (P<0.01), and the NA content in other three brain areas also decreased. In the in vitro brain slice incubation method, it was observed that Tianma injection (2.5g×10-3) significantly increased the NA content in the artificial cerebrospinal fluid of the cortex, thalamus, brain stem, and amygdala quadrants (P< 0.01 or 0.001). It is initially believed that the sedative and hypnotic effects of Gastrodia elata may be related to its decrease in the content of NA in the brain, and the decrease in the content of NA in the brain may be related to the reuptake and storage of NA by Gastrodia elata.
