吴昊同志的《说“改”》(载本刊1989年第2期),剖析了近年来的思想政治工作,指出是在“加强”的喊声中削弱,已与今天的现实不合拍,因此要改,否则就没有出路,没有前途。吴文所论有一定道理,然而也有些看法,难以苟同,故也发些议论,以作商榷。现在,思想政治工作远不能完全适应改革开放新形势发展的需要,必须改进加强,当是毫无疑义的。问题是改什么、怎幺改和靠谁来改,认识的不尽相同和时有争议,恐怕是在这里。
Comrade Wu Hao’s theory of “reforming” (No. 2, 1989) analyzes the ideological and political work in recent years and points out that it is weakened in the shout of “strengthening” and is out of step with today’s reality. So to change, otherwise there is no way out, no future. There is a certain truth about Wu Wen, but there are some views that are difficult to agree with. Therefore, we also made some arguments for discussion. At present, ideological and political work can not fully meet the needs of the new situation of reform and opening up. We must improve and strengthen it without any doubt. The question is what to change, how to change and by whom to change, understanding of different and sometimes controversial, I am afraid is here.
