中国共产党第十四届三中全会指出:建立现代企业制度是国有企业改革的方向。现代企业制度是十五年来企业改革实践的继续和深化,是社会主义市场经济理论的丰富和发展,是市场经济体制下适应社会化大生产需要的企业制度。在我国改革开放已经取得一定成果,企业改革不断深化的进程中,提出建立现代企业制度,需要对传统体制中的企业制度以及企业的运行规律有一个较全面的认识,弄清提出建立现代企业的背景,才能更好地理解提出建立现代企业制度的理论和实践意义。鉴于上述,笔者就自己粗浅的认识进行一些比较分析。一、计划经济条件下传统企业制度——工厂制度产生的背景和特点
The Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee pointed out: The establishment of a modern enterprise system is the direction of state-owned enterprise reform. The modern enterprise system is the continuation and deepening of enterprise reform practice in the past 15 years. It is the enrichment and development of the socialist market economy theory, and it is the enterprise system that adapts to the needs of large-scale social production under the market economy system. In the process of China’s reform and opening up that has achieved certain results and the continuous deepening of enterprise reform, the establishment of a modern enterprise system requires a more comprehensive understanding of the enterprise system in the traditional system and the operating laws of the enterprise, and makes clear the establishment of a modern enterprise. The background can better understand the theoretical and practical significance of the proposed establishment of a modern enterprise system. In view of the above, the author conducts some comparative analysis on his own superficial understanding. I.
