目的 研究手传振动作业工人手部温度分布及其冷水负荷试验的影响。方法 应用KY 333型远红外摄像仪 ,对 50名手传振动作业工人和 2 7名健康对照工人 ,在 10℃、10min冷水试验前后进行手部红外摄像。结果 白指病人、接振工人和对照工人在冷水试验前后同手不同手指之间及左右手相应手指之间皮肤温度比较 ,差异均无显著性。白指组各手指皮温在冷水试验前后 ,除冷试后即刻外 ,均显著低于接振组和对照组 ,接振组各手指的皮温在冷试后 15、2 0和 30min也显著低于对照组。白指组和接振组冷水试验后复温时间延长。结论 白指病人、接振工人和对照工人左右手之间及不同手指之间的皮温在冷水试验前后均无差异 ;手传振动可引起手部皮温降低 ,冷水试验复温时间延长
Objective To study the hand temperature distribution of hand-vibration workers and the effect of cold water load test. Methods Using KY 333 infrared camera, 50 hand vibration workers and 27 healthy workers were exposed to hand infrared camera before and after the 10 ℃, 10min cold water test. Results There was no significant difference in the skin temperature between white fingers, ground vibration workers and control workers before and after the cold water test. Before and after the cold water test, the skin temperature of each finger of the white finger group was significantly lower than that of the vibration receiving group and the control group immediately after the cold water test, and the skin temperature of each finger of the vibration receiving group was also significant at 15, 20 and 30 minutes after the cold test Lower than the control group. White fingers group and then vibration test group cold water test after rewarming time extension. Conclusions The skin temperature between the left and right hands and between the left and right fingers and between different fingers of the white-finger patients, the left-right workers and the control workers were the same before and after the cold water test. The hand-to-hand vibration could cause the hand skin temperature to decrease and the cold water test to prolong the rewarming time
