目的探讨高校因病缺课症状监测预警系统模式,为降低学生因病缺课的发生提供参考。方法收集青岛市某高校2009—2010学年因病缺课系统的监测数据,采用描述性流行病学方法,对大学生因病缺课症状监测系统报告传染病缺课的数据进行统计学分析。结果大学生因病缺课监测系统报告传染病缺课种类有10种,共有106人次;传染病以呼吸道传染病(水痘、流感)和肠道传染病(感染性腹泻、菌痢)为主,因传染病缺课的病种由高到低前4位依次为水痘(31人次)、感染性腹泻(27人次)、流感(15人次)、传染性结膜炎(14人次)。因传染病缺课发生比例为4.72‰,缺课率为0.068‰,平均缺课天数为2.74 d;传染病主要以12月(30人次)、11月(17人次)、3月(13人次)及9月(12人次)为高发;大一学生因传染病缺课率高于其他年级(P<0.01),男生因传染病缺课率高于女生(P<0.01)。结论学生因病缺课症状监测系统对学校防控传染病起重要作用,是防控传染病的前期有效措施之一。
Objective To explore the early warning system model of symptom check-out due to illness in colleges and universities, and to provide reference for reducing the occurrence of missed course due to illness. Methods The data of absence from school in a university in Qingdao during the 2009-2010 academic year were collected, and the descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of absenteeism reported from the symptom monitoring system of college students’ absence from school. Results There were 10 types of infectious diseases absent in college students due to illness absence monitoring system. There were 106 kinds of infectious diseases in total. Communicable diseases were mainly respiratory tract infectious diseases (chickenpox, flu) and intestinal infectious diseases (infectious diarrhea and bacillary dysentery) The top 4 most frequently absent infectious diseases were chickenpox (31), infectious diarrhea (27), influenza (15) and infectious conjunctivitis (14). The proportion of missed classes due to infectious diseases was 4.72 ‰, the absentee rate was 0.068 ‰ and the average number of missed classes was 2.74 days. Infectious diseases mainly occurred in December (30), November (17), March (13) (P <0.01). The absenteeism rate of boys due to infectious diseases was higher than that of girls (P <0.01). Conclusions The student symptom check-out system due to illness plays an important role in school prevention and control of infectious diseases, which is one of the effective measures to prevent and control infectious diseases.
