建立中国特色的法律援助制度,是我国法制建设的一项重大任务和依法治国的应有之意,也是构建和谐社会的必然要求和重要内容,是实现法律面前人人平等和完善社会保障体系的重要措施。我国现行法律援助制度还存在许多缺陷,文章建议,应加大全国人大关于法律援助的立法力度,完善《法律援助条例》的内容,完善法律援助资金保障制度和管理服务体制。
