结合上海某大厦工程,对三轴水泥土搅拌桩强度问题进行了多种试验分析,包括搅拌桩取芯强度试验、搅拌桩现场取浆室内试块强度试验、静力触探试验和标准贯入试验等,对每种试验方法的优缺点和适用性进行了总结。鉴于搅拌桩取芯强度试验的固有缺点,提出以取浆试验代替取芯试验,以弥补取芯过程中离散性较大、强度损失严重、试验结果偏小等缺点。最后利用所研发的搅拌桩浆液深层取样机,对搅拌桩取芯强度试验和取浆试块强度试验进行了对比分析,得出了一些有益的结论。
Combined with the project of a building in Shanghai, a variety of experimental analyzes on the strength of the three-axis cement-soil mixing piles were carried out, including the coring strength test of the mixing piles, the strength test of the test blocks in the grouting pits on site, the static penetration test and standard penetration Test, etc., the advantages and disadvantages of each test method and applicability were summarized. In view of the inherent shortcomings of the core-mixing strength test of mixing piles, it is proposed to take the grouting test instead of the core-taking test to make up for the disadvantages of larger discreteness, serious loss of strength and smaller test results during the core-taking process. Finally, by using the deep sampling machine of the grouting pile slurry researched and developed, the corrosive strength test of the mixing pile and the strength test of the pick-up block are compared and some useful conclusions are obtained.
