目的:研究内蒙古自治区2009—2014年政府卫生投入情况,分析存在问题并提出解决对策。方法:利用政府卫生投入监测系统,采用Excel 2013和SPSS 17.0对内蒙古自治区2009—2014年政府卫生投入数据进行比较分析。结果:内蒙古政府卫生投入逐年增加,但是与全国水平相比还有一定差距;基层医疗机构、卫生监督机构及中蒙医投入较少。结论:继续加大中央财政对少数民族地区转移支付力度;投入重点向基层医疗机构倾斜。
Objective: To study the situation of government health investment in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2009 to 2014, analyze the existing problems and propose countermeasures. Methods: By using the government health investment monitoring system, the data of government investment in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2009 to 2014 were compared and analyzed by Excel 2013 and SPSS 17.0. Results: Inner Mongolia government investment in health increased year by year, but compared with the national level there is still a certain gap; grassroots medical institutions, health oversight bodies and the Mongolian and Chinese medicine to invest less. Conclusion: The Central Government will continue to step up transfer payments to ethnic minority areas by the central government; investment will be mainly focused on primary medical institutions.
