上市公司向中国证券监督管理委员会报送配股复审材料,应按下列标准制作:一、配股复审材料的纸张、封面及份数(一)纸张应采用幅面为209×295规格的纸张(相当与A4纸张规格)(二)封面
The submission of the share allotment review materials by the listed company to the China Securities Regulatory Commission shall be made on the following criteria: I. Paper, cover and copies of the material of the share review (1) The paper shall be of 209 × 295 format (equivalent to A4 Paper Specifications) (B) cover
