糖耐量低减(Impaired glucose toler-ance,IGT)以往称为临界糖尿病。近年来研究发现,糖耐量低减者必有高胰岛素血症,且与高血压病关系极为密切。本文报道40例高血压患者的葡萄糖耐量试验和血浆胰岛素检测结果,就糖耐量低减和高胰岛素血症与高血压的关系作出分析。
Impaired glucose toler-ance (IGT) used to be called critical diabetes. In recent years, studies have found that impaired glucose tolerance must have hyperinsulinemia, and closely related with hypertension. This article reports the results of glucose tolerance test and plasma insulin test in 40 patients with hypertension, and analyzes the relationship between low glucose tolerance and hyperinsulinemia and hypertension.
