South Africa is a country with a very high rate of HIV infection, and HIV is almost out of control. Although anti-HIV drugs are now more widely used in South Africa than ever before, there are still a few non-life-saving medicines available, mainly because they spend a lot of time waiting in line at clinics. A 23-year-old South African boy spotted the opportunity to use a bicycle shuttle in the town to give patients who could not get a line to the clinic to take medicine and earned his first pot of gold.
