随着社会的不断发展,人们的生活质量有了显著的进步,人们到医院就医,希望得到更加优质的护理服务。作为医院要注重夯实基础护理工作,全面地使医院临床护理工作水平得到不断提升,神经内科是医院的重点科室,神经内科的患者数量多、危重患者的数量较多、护士的基础护理工作任务重、护士的数量配置比较缺乏,在这样的情况之下,本科对护士工作的时间与工作模式等方面积极地进行调整、优化,为患者实施主动护理服务等护理模式,注重患者的全面护理,不但要保证患者的基本生活需要,还要确保患者的护理安全性,使得本科的护理质量不断得到提升,有利于医院的发展。
