本文认为互联网金融通过互联网虚拟介质平台提供金融服务产品,实质是经济运行的双重虚拟化。依托于互联网空间的金融服务的连续投资,通过提升互联网空间的等级,产生了新的双重虚拟价值,但并未改变金融活动的本质,由此产生了互联网金融新的双重风险。包括网络技术不完善导致的金融操作与系统运行风险;互联网空间复制和扩大金融关系从而扩大金融风险。针对上述风险产生机制,本文初步探索了政府如何从互联网与金融双角度出发,进行有效的风险管控,以促进互联网金融业健康发展。
This paper argues that internet finance provides financial service products through the internet virtual media platform. In essence, it is dual virtualization of economic operation. The continuous investment in financial services based on Internet space has created a new double virtual value through upgrading the level of Internet space, but has not changed the nature of financial activities, thus creating a new dual risk in internet finance. Including the financial operation and system operation risk caused by the imperfect network technology; Internet space to expand and expand the financial relationship to expand the financial risk. In view of the above risk generating mechanism, this paper initially explores how the government can carry out effective risk control from the perspective of Internet and finance to promote the healthy development of Internet finance industry.
