已预见的在未来若干年中严格的环境保护法规加速了中高速柴油机(缸径150~500mm)共轨式燃油系统的大规模发展。对燃油系统的要求包括高压能力(1800巴以上)、全部运行条件下出色的系统性能以及控制能力,而零部件可靠性要高于传统的燃油系统。上述要求激发了新一代共轨式多柱塞燃油喷射泵的开发,其主要特点为:(1)高压能力;(2)燃油输出量覆盖全部市场要求;(3)多种燃料能力;(4)高的泵效率。本文介绍的内容包括:(1)共轨式燃油泵按市场要求而形成的功能;(2)选择的设计方案;(3)为获取最佳综合性能所使用的计算工具(例如:液力分析和计算流体力学分析程序);(4)供选择的燃油流动控制技术。
It has been foreseen that in a few years to come, stringent environmental regulations will accelerate the large-scale development of common rail fuel systems for medium and high speed diesel engines (150 to 500 mm bore). Fuel system requirements include high pressure capability (over 1800 bar), outstanding system performance and control over all operating conditions, and component reliability over conventional fuel systems. The above requirements have inspired the development of a new generation of common-rail multi-plunger fuel injection pumps with the following main features: (1) high pressure capability; (2) fuel output covering all market requirements; (3) multiple fuel capabilities; High pump efficiency. This article describes: (1) common rail fuel pump function according to market requirements; (2) the choice of design; (3) to obtain the best overall performance using the calculation tools (such as: hydraulic analysis And computational fluid dynamics analysis procedures); (4) alternative fuel flow control techniques.
