This article elaborates the characteristics of PE classroom teaching from the perspective of psychology, and uses it as the basis to clarify the conditions of PE classroom teaching psychological atmosphere optimization so as to give play to its motivation, pleasure and regulation so that the effect of classroom practice can be optimized.
