通过试验研究了四角布置切向燃烧锅炉炉膛内的热负荷分布情况,比较了投入与不投入夹心风时炉内热负荷分布的变化。试验在一小型热态模拟试验台上进行,使用了一种自制的辐射式热流计。试验所用燃料为铜川贫煤。结果表明,投入夹心风后炉内热负荷沿炉膛高度方向的衰减速度加快。
Through the experiment, the distribution of heat load in the furnace of the tangentially fired boiler with four corners was studied. The changes of the heat load distribution in the furnace with or without sandwiched input were compared. The test was conducted on a small hot simulation test rig using a self-made radiant heat flow meter. The fuel used in the experiment was Tongchuan lean coal. The results show that after the sandwich wind is applied, the decay rate of the furnace heat load in the furnace height direction is accelerated.
