创新社会管理与密切党群关系在本质上是一致的,社会管理内在地包含了党群关系,新形势下密切党群关系也必然要创新社会管理。在创新社会管理密切党群关系中,面临流动人口激增、利益分化加剧、城市社区快速发展等三个主要挑战,应对之策主要加快流动人口管理体制的改革创新,进一步健全群众利益协调机制,加大社会组织参与社区管理的能力三个维度。
The management of innovation society and the close relationship between the party and the masses are essentially identical.
