近年来,黑龙江省讷河市财政局从全市经济和社会发展的战略需要出发,坚持量入为出、开源节流的指导思想,采取各种强化措施,促进增收节支,连续多年实现财政收入稳步增长和财政收支平衡。1992年本级财政收入实现5880万元,比上年增长11.6%,当年净结余71万元;今年上半年本级财政收入实现2150万元,比上年同期增长13.2%。财政局连续五年在市目标考评中被评为一类单位,先后两次被授予全市职工劳模大会先进单位。
