采用热膨胀仪对X65管线钢进行了连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)的研究。用光学显微镜观察在不同冷速下的显微组织,得到了实验钢种的连续冷却组织转变规律。在冷却速度为0.9~9℃/s范围内观察到较明显粒状贝氏体组织。采用回归方法,建立了相变温度-冷速关系模型和冷速为0.03℃/s时的相变动力学模型,结果显示预测值与实验值有较好的吻合。
The continuous cooling transformation curve (CCT curve) of X65 pipeline steel was investigated by means of thermal dilatometer. The microstructure of the steel under different cooling rates was observed with light microscope, and the continuous cooling structure transformation was obtained. In the cooling rate of 0.9 ~ 9 ℃ / s range of more obvious granular bainite. Using the regression method, the phase-transition temperature-cooling rate model and the phase-change kinetic model at the cooling rate of 0.03 ℃ / s are established. The results show that the predicted values are in good agreement with the experimental values.
