目的了解北京市朝阳区2008—2014年老年居民糖尿病患病及相关影响因素的变化,为采取相应的糖尿病防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法于2008、2011和2014年在北京市朝阳区分别抽取750、1 510和532名60~79岁居民进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测。结果北京市朝阳区2008、2011和2014年60~79岁居民糖尿病患病率分别为18.9%、19.1%和21.1%,标化患病率分别为10.9%、10.2%和10.8%,患病率随年龄的增加呈上升趋势(χ2趋势=9.351,P=0.025);2008、2011和2014年糖尿病患病情况比较,居民3年糖尿病患病率在城市/农村户籍、是/否中心性肥胖、是/否吸烟、是/否饮酒和患有高血压方面差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,高血压和中心性肥胖是北京市朝阳区2008年60~79岁居民糖尿病患病的危险因素;男性、高血压和血脂异常是北京市朝阳区2011年60~79岁居民糖尿病患病的危险因素,饮酒和有效锻炼是保护因素;年龄较大和血脂异常是北京市朝阳区2014年60~79岁居民糖尿病患病的危险因素。结论北京市朝阳区2008—2014年60~79岁居民糖尿病患病率呈上升趋势,性别、年龄、高血压、中心性肥胖、血脂异常、饮酒、有效锻炼是该地区居民糖尿病患病的主要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the changes of diabetes mellitus and related factors in elderly residents in Chaoyang District of Beijing from 2008 to 2014 so as to provide a scientific basis for taking corresponding diabetes prevention and control measures. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling method was used to survey 750,1 510 and 532 residents aged from 60 to 79 in 2008, 2011 and 2014 in Chaoyang District of Beijing for questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory test. Results The prevalence rates of diabetes in residents from 60 to 79 years old in Chaoyang District in Beijing in 2008, 2011 and 2014 were 18.9%, 19.1% and 21.1%, respectively. The standardized prevalence rates were 10.9%, 10.2% and 10.8% respectively. The prevalence (Χ2 trend = 9.351, P = 0.025). Compared with the prevalence of diabetes in 2008, 2011 and 2014, the prevalence of diabetes in urban residents in 3 years was registered in urban / rural areas, with or without central obesity, Yes / no smoking, yes / no drinking and suffering from hypertension were statistically significant (all P <0.01); multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension and central obesity in Chaoyang District, Beijing in 2008 60 Risk factors for diabetes in 79-year-old residents; men, hypertension and dyslipidemia are risk factors for diabetes in residents aged 60-79 years in Chaoyang District of Beijing in 2011. Drinking alcohol and effective exercise are protective factors; older and dyslipidemia Is a risk factor for diabetes in residents aged 60-79 in 2014 in Chaoyang District, Beijing. Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes in residents from 60 to 79 years in Chaoyang district of Beijing increased from 2008 to 2014. Sex, age, hypertension, central obesity, dyslipidemia, alcohol consumption and effective exercise were the main effects of diabetes in residents in this area factor.
