东庞煤矿是1983年年底投产的新矿。刚投产时,困难很多。职工食堂饭菜花样少,工人升井吃不到热饭;学校校舍拥挤,工人村家属住宅上下水不通,楼前污水泛滥;澡塘条件也不好。职工情绪受到一定影响。针对这种情况,矿领导开会讨论,决定认真抓好后勤,搞好职工生活。只有后勤工作抓上去,才能够安定职工情绪,保证职工一心一意地投身于生产建设。这是建设现代化矿井不可缺少的一项重要工作。
Dong Pang Coal Mine was put into operation in late 1983 a new mine. Just put into production, a lot of difficulties. Small staff canteen meals pattern, workers liters can not eat hot rice wells; school school buildings crowded, workers and herdsmen’s house on the water nowhere, flooding in front of buildings; bath conditions are not good. Emotional workers affected to some extent. In response to this situation, mine leaders met to discuss, decided to seriously grasp the logistics, improve staff life. Only when the logistics work is caught up can the emotions of staff and workers be stabilized and the workers devoted themselves wholeheartedly to production and construction. This is an indispensable task in building a modern mine.
