医疗问题关系着社会“民生”的发展,是社会稳定的重要保证。为了进一步优化我国社会的医疗保障制度,各医院积极相应国家政策实施医疗改革。而财务管理则成为了医疗改革中的重点对象,关系着医院的可持续发展。本文总结了医院财务管理的具体内容,分析了管理过程中存在的问题,并以财务管理实际为前提提出了合理化建议。
The medical problem is related to the development of society and people’s livelihood, and is an important guarantee for social stability. In order to further optimize the social security system in our country, all hospitals are actively implementing the medical reform corresponding to the national policies. The financial management has become the focus of medical reform, the relationship between the hospital’s sustainable development. This article summarizes the specific contents of hospital financial management, analyzes the problems existing in the management process, and puts forward reasonable suggestions based on the actual financial management.
