1986年度学术活动计划业已制定,为使广大计算机界科技工作者了解,现将计划公布预告。制定86年学术活动计划的指导思想:结合我国“七五”规划的目标和任务,对我国计算机事业进行发展战略的研究,围绕国家重点课题开展学术交流,并努力提高其质量和效果。学术活动实行两级管理:一类由学会管理;二类由专业委员会、专业学组负责举办。对于学会组织的重点学术活动单独列出,望广大科技工作者注意征文通知,踊跃参加学术活动。
The Academic Activities Plan for 1986 has been formulated. In order to make the majority of computer science and technology workers aware, plans are now announced. The guiding ideology for formulating the 86-year academic plan: In light of the objectives and tasks of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” of our country, we will study the development strategy of our country’s computer industry and conduct academic exchanges around key national issues and strive to improve its quality and effectiveness. Academic activities implemented two levels of management: one by the Institute of management; the second category by the professional committee, professional group responsible for holding. For the academic organization of the key academic activities separately listed, hope the majority of scientific and technological workers pay attention to the essay notice, actively participate in academic activities.
