前言液压控制的板轧机比采用传统的电机械压下系统的板轧机能更迅速地调整辊缝,获得极小公差的带材,因而具有很大的经济意义。同时,由于精密带材是工业发展所必需的,故液压控制的板轧机的发展非常迅速。近几年来,我国在这方面的研究工作也逐渐增多。在这篇文章里,我们就一些在国外广泛采用的系统,从发展的先后次序和原理上进行比较分析,供选择系统时参考。另外,将我们收集的一些有关情况进行简单的介绍。
Introduction Hydraulically controlled plate mills are economically significant as they can more quickly adjust the roll gap and achieve very tight tolerances than plate mills that use conventional electromechanical reduction systems. At the same time, hydraulically controlled plate mills are developing rapidly as precision strips are required for industrial development. In recent years, China’s research work in this area has also gradually increased. In this article, we make some comparative analyzes on the order and principle of development for some systems widely used in foreign countries for reference when choosing a system. In addition, some of the information we collected will be briefly introduced.
