随着平菇生产的发展,各地已开始应用发酵罐或摇瓶生产液体菌种,以代替母种来扩大原种或直接生产栽培种。而发酵罐液体菌种在生产过程中或按种前,其是否被杂菌污染,必须进行无菌检验。1983年,我们利用本室中试车间的种子罐(50立升)、一级发酵罐(200立升)和二级发酵罐(1200立升),分别接种凤尾、昆侧5和义平三个平菇菌株,对在试运转和生产过程中的46罐批,所取的506个样品,进行了无菌检验。现将检验方法介绍如下:
With the development of mushroom production, fermentation strains or shake flasks are being used throughout the country to produce liquid species, replacing the mother species to expand the original species or directly produce cultivated species. The fermenter liquid bacteria in the production process or by planting, whether it is contaminated by bacteria, must be sterilized. In 1983, we used the seed tank (50 liters), the first fermenter (200 liters) and the second fermenter (1200 liters) of the Pilot Plant in our lab to inoculate Pteris, Three Pleurotus ostreatus strains were tested for sterility against 506 samples taken from 46 cans during commissioning and production. Now test methods are described below:
