Objective To explore the impact of noise on workers’ health and the effect of protective measures. Methods Occupational health examination was conducted on 291 laborers exposed to noise in a manufacturing enterprise. The noise intensity of different positions was measured. Questionnaire survey was conducted on the use of earplugs among workers, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The noise intensity> 85dB (A) in 7 work posts, the audition anomaly, electrocardiogram anomaly detection rate and the detection rate of hypertension were higher than those exposed to 85 dB (A) or above 85 dB (A) And the following noise workers, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the use of earplugs between two groups of laborers (P> 0.05). Conclusion Some laborers in this enterprise have been exposed to excessive occupational noise over a long period of time, and their protection is weak. As a result, some hearing and cardiovascular systems are damaged, and some protective measures need to be strengthened.
